  • The Problem

    The client required a plastic window measuring x and weighing x to be installed on their floating villa project. This needed to be done in the confines of an already present scaffolding installation which presented a unique access challenge and required specialist lifting equipment to complete.

  • The Solution

    Spider Plus used a UNIC URW-376 Spider Crane in conjunction with a 2.6 ton Hydraulica Quad Compact Vacuum Glass Lifter to ensure that the window was installed without the need to remove the scaffolding superstructure. This approach to confined space lifting ensured that the client did not have to expend further time disassembling scaffolding, from enquiry to dispatch of equipment and staff to client site took under 48 hours.
