  • The Problem

    The client required several pieces of glass to be lifted, all weighing over 1.5 tonnes, in an extremely space restricted environment. There was exceptionally low head room, load restrictions on the floor, and distinct constraints on conventional lifting methodology.

  • The Solution

    Spider Plus performed initial site inspection and verified suitable equipment to perform the task. We provided an access platform, a URW 376 Spider Crane and a 2.6 tonne vacuum glass lifter. Access was complex and ground specifications and guidelines needed to be strictly adhered to. The job was completed ahead of schedule in 5 days, 1 day sooner than expected.
